Responsibilities:
- Apply Herbicides & Treatments – Safely mix and apply herbicides, fertilizers, and other weed control treatments according to industry regulations and best practices.
- Inspect & Assess Properties – Evaluate lawns, landscapes, and commercial properties to identify weed infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Operate & Maintain Equipment – Use and maintain sprayers, spreaders, and other application equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Educate & Communicate with Customers – Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, offering lawn care tips, and addressing customer concerns.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance – Follow all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company procedures to maintain a safe and effective work environment.

Work Expectations:
- Physical Requirements – Must regularly lift 75+ pounds and repeatedly lift 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces. Requires walking, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Safe Application of Treatments – Properly mix, apply, and handle herbicides, fertilizers, and other weed control products while following safety regulations.
- Equipment Use & Maintenance – Operate and maintain sprayers, spreaders, and other tools to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail – Inspect properties, identify weed issues, and apply the right treatments for effective control.
- Customer Service & Professionalism – Communicate clearly with customers, explain treatments, address concerns, and represent the company positively.
- Adherence to Standards – Follow company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations to ensure high-quality service.
